These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use the https://socalemergencyplumbingranchosantamargarita.com website and when you hire SoCal Emergency Plumbing Rancho Santa Margarita for plumbing work. All of that work is performed under CSLB license #1131308, held by SoCal Plumbing Co Inc. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
Scope of Services
We do plumbing work for homes and light commercial properties in Rancho Santa Margarita and throughout Orange County: diagnosis, repair, installation and 24-hour emergency response. Every job follows the California Plumbing Code and is performed under our C-36 plumbing license, which carries a contractor bond.
Estimates & Pricing
- A written estimate is given to you before any work starts.
- Each estimate remains valid for the period stated on it.
- Additional work found during a job is done only after you approve it in writing.
- Any charge for an after-hours or emergency visit is explained to you before a plumber is sent.
Payment Terms
Unless we agree otherwise in writing, payment is due once the work is complete. Accepted payment methods appear on your estimate or invoice. Interest may be charged on overdue balances, up to the highest rate that California law permits.
Workmanship Warranty
We back our labor with a written workmanship warranty; you will find its terms on the estimate or invoice. Manufacturers warrant the parts and equipment they make, on their own terms. Damage caused by misuse, freezing, earth or slope movement, or by someone else's work is not covered.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
To cancel or change a scheduled visit, please tell us at least 4 hours in advance, so that time can be offered to another caller.
Site Access & Safety
You agree to make the work area safe to reach (arranging guard-gate or HOA entry if your community requires it), to tell us about any hazard you are aware of, such as structural damage, mold, asbestos or lead, and to keep children and pets out of the way while the plumber works.
Limitation of Liability
Where the law permits, what we owe on any claim, whether it concerns a service or this website, is capped at the amount you paid for the service involved. Indirect, incidental and consequential damages are excluded.
